Your key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Group Data Governance framework and help establish effective local governance practices.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain datasets for Group reporting, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Analyze and reconcile data, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality metrics and identify opportunities to improve data reliability and reporting efficiency.
• Document data flows, transformations, and reporting logic to support transparency and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, IT, and business teams to ensure reporting needs are effectively addressed.
• Contribute to process improvements through automation, standardization, and strengthened data controls.
• Serve as a point of contact for data-related topics and support initiatives that enhance data quality across the organization.

 
Skills and qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, financial reporting, data management, or a similar analytical role is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with large datasets, data validation and reporting activities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
