We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of:

Senior System administrator – Windows

The main responsibilities for the position are to:

• Perform day-to-day operational tasks to ensure that the servers and backups are operating appropriately, are available to support the business needs, and any operational issues are proactively resolved;
• Administer and manage Windows based platform including Microsoft Windows server operating system, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure cloud services
• Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software conflicts;
• Install new physical and virtual servers as needed;
• Create server configurations and server deployment, perform upgrades and patching to operating system and security software;
• Operate Backup software to ensure monthly and daily backups complete for data protection;

Key Skills and Experience required:

• At least 3 years’ experience in the field of IT Operations, Infrastructure services, Windows Server Operating System environment;
• Strong Exchange Server 2019/Online, O365, Azure experience and scripting skills (PowerShell);
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g, VMWare, Hyper-V);
• Experience with Microsoft ADDS, ADCS, ADFS, SCCM, FSRM, Group Policy Objects, Print Services, IIS;
• Solid networking knowledge – understanding protocols and services including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP;
• Strong technical, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of hardware systems – servers, storages, network devices;
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, problem and change management disciplines
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good team player and a results-oriented mindset with the desire and ability to push through obstacles to achieve goals
• University degree in the area of Information Technology;
