RPA Developer
 

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotics automated business process solutions. The position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency and supporting cost optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated solutions using RPA technologies.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design effective automated workflows and optimization strategies.
• Test and troubleshoot automated processes and resolve defects, errors, and operational issues.
• Monitor the performance of implemented automations.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of any arising incidents.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of automated processes.
• Follow all internal standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Work closely with all business units and support them in identifying automation candidates and preparing required documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
 

• More than 2 years of professional working experience with at least one RPA tool - UiPath, Blue Prism, and/or MS Power Automate platform.
• Strong understanding of business processes and automation potential.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve automation-related issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across business units.
