If you are an owner or user of a motor vehicle, registered on the Republic of Bulgaria’s territory, which use has not been suspended, DZI will assist you in the conclusion of a mandatory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance.
Each concluded MTPL Insurance for passenger cars with up to 9 seats, freight vehicles of total weight up to 3.5 tonnes, trailers, luggage and camping trailers of total weight up to 3.5 tonnes, mopeds and motorcycles is being topped up with:

| Other conditions: | As per the Insurance Code in certain cases it is possible to conclude an insurance policy for a shorter period of time, however not less than 30 days |
The scope of insurance is the liability, related to owning and/or using motor vehicles, for which Insurees are liable pursuant to the Bulgarian legislation or the legislation of the country where the damage has occurred.
The coverage and the liability limits under your insurance policy are stipulated in Ordinance 49 and in the Insurance Code.
The liability of individuals and legal entities for property and non-property damage caused by them to third parties is Insured.
