Mandatory Accident at Work Insurance is being concluded as per the Ordinance on the Mandatory Insurance of the Workers and Employees for the Risk of Accident at Work.
| Death due to an accident at work | The sum insured will be paid out to the legal heirs. |
| Permanently lost or decreased capacity to work, or a certain type and degree of damage due to accident at work | The Insuree will be paid out a percentage of the sum insured. |
| Temporary disability due to accident at work | "The Insuree shall be paid a percentage of of the gross monthly salary of the worker or employee, upon which the insurance policy has been concluded, for each commenced month of temporary disability, depending on the disability’s duration." |
Opportunity to expand the insurance coverage also with regard to Accident at Work as per Art.55 Para 2 of the Social Security Code.
Accident at Work shall also be deemed such, which has happened with an Insuree as per Art. 4, Paras 1 and 2 along the Insuree’s usual route while going to or while coming from the workplace to:
| Temporary disability due to accident at work of a higher insurance category | The Insuree will be paid out a percentage of the sum insured. |
| Medical expenses due to an accident at work | The Insuree will be paid out a percentage of the sum insured. |
| Hospital stay allowances due to accident at work | The Insuree will be paid out a percentage of the sum insured. |
| Sums for surgical treatment of organs and systems due to accident at work | The Insuree will be paid out a percentage of the sum insured. |
