More than 30 volunteers from DZI, together with teachers, students, and parents, joined forces in another mission under the “Unexpected Goodness” initiative, carried out at Peyo Yavorov Language School in Silistra.

Over the course of two days, participants transformed the school’s outdoor learning and recreation area by replacing 68 wooden bench beams, repainting the metal structures, refreshing a 60-square-meter wall, and cleaning the stone pavement throughout the space.

The volunteer action brought together DZI employees and members of the school community around a shared goal: creating a more welcoming, functional, and inspiring environment for students to learn, meet, and spend time outdoors.

The initiative is part of DZI’s nationwide “Unexpected Goodness” campaign, launched to mark the company’s 80th anniversary through volunteer missions across Bulgaria. Through these activities, DZI employees, agents, and partners support meaningful causes and contribute to projects that create a lasting positive impact in local communities.

Thanks to the dedication and teamwork of all participants, students at Peyo Yavorov Language School now have a renewed and more pleasant outdoor space that will serve as a place for learning, relaxation, and social interaction for years to come.
