As part of the "Unexpected Good" initiative, DZI's Agents of Good in Ruse joined another meaningful mission by renovating the playground of the Bulgarian Red Cross social home for disadvantaged children in the city.

During the initiative, the volunteers cleaned the area and refreshed the playground equipment to create a safer, more welcoming, and inspiring environment for play and daily activities. Through teamwork, enthusiasm, and dedication, they transformed a space that is used every day by the children supported by the social home.

The initiative is part of the national "Unexpected Good" campaign, through which DZI is celebrating its 80th anniversary with a series of volunteer projects supporting local communities across Bulgaria. Through these activities, employees contribute not only their time and effort, but also their personal commitment to causes that create meaningful change in people's lives.

The renovated playground will provide better conditions for play, social interaction, and everyday activities, while the volunteers left with the satisfaction of knowing they had helped create a brighter, more enjoyable place for children.

With this initiative, DZI's volunteers once again demonstrated that good things happen when people come together and work for the benefit of their community.
