Guidelines upon occurrence of an insured event

  1. Immediately upon occurrence or becoming aware of occurrence of an insured event, you should initiate all reasonable measures to prevent, reduce and/or contain damage, as well as you should immediately notify the competent authorities and services
  2. Detailed photographic material about the damage should be prepared
  3. Within 7 working days from becoming aware of an ocurred insured event, you should notify the Insurer about it

Needed Documents

  1. Insured event notification as per Insurer’s template
  2. Internal Statement of Findings about the event occurred
  3. Damage recovery invoice or another expenditure document
  4. A document of ownership of the damaged railway vehicle
  5. A written explanation by the railway vehicle driver
  6. Detailed photographic material of the damage sustained
  7. Bank Account Certificate

Other specific documents

Upon fire, traffic accident, theft or else:

  1. A document of the relevant competent authority, in case of a traffic accident, theft, fire, etc. (Regional Police Department, Regional Fire Safety and Population Protection Service, Ministry of Interior or else)
  2. The final act of the conducted pre-litigation procedure – if the case has been investigated
