Within 3 (three) working days from becoming aware, while upon a theft and robbery - within 24 (twenty four) hours.

Claim Instructions

  1. Notify immediately the competent authorities (Fire Safety and Population Protection Service, Ministry of Interior, electricity distribution company or other authorities, as referenced in the statutory documents) upon occurrence or becoming aware of an insured event’s occurrence, while upon theft and robbery, you should provide them with an inventory/list of missing property items
  2. Provide full and accurate data about your bank account, to which payments on the part of the INSURER should be made, unless you claim in-kind damage recovery
  3. Initiate the necessary actions for damage containment and follow the instructions of the INSURER
  4. You should not change the condition of the damaged property without the INSURER’s written consent
  5. Allow access of the INSURER to the damaged property for the purpose of conducting an inspection
  6. Present to the INSURER in writing any requested information, data, documents and other evidence, directly related to the ascertainment of the event and the amount of the damage

Needed Documents

  1. Insurance policy - a copy
  2. Certificate of a valid bank account of the person, entitled to receive the insurance indemnity

Other specific documents, depending on the risk occurred

Upon fire:

  1. Upon intentional fire and explosion:
    - A certificate, issued by the respective Regional Fire Safety and Population Protection Service (RFSPPS)
    - A document from the Police - in case the site has been visited by the competent authorities
    - The final act of a conducted pre-litigation procedure - if the case has been investigated
  2. Upon a thunderbolt strike:
    - A certificate, issued by the National Meteorology and Hydrology Institute (NMHI)
    - A document certifying thunder protection worthiness
  3. Upon collision or fall of a manned aircraft:
    - A document from the competent authority
    - he final act of a pre-litigation procedure conducted - if the case has been investigated

Upon earthquake:
