I am happy that we at DZI have in our DNA exactly this culture and we constantly seek opportunities to improve our activity, introduce innovative products, create a modern environment and trust in the insurance business and in the non-banking services in Bulgaria. I am proud with the dedication, courage, innovative and team spirit of my colleagues and with the fact that in the era of digital services we succeed in setting the trend and providing our customers with even better, high quality and useful solutions in the overall process of the relations with them – from the signing of the insurance policy until the claim submission and receiving the indemnities.“, shared Kosta Cholakov, Chief Executive Officer of DZI.
At the basis of DZI’s consecutive award for innovations there are the new solutions in the mobile app of the insurer, named kaksi, rendering it an integrated health ecosystem, which is unique for the Bulgarian insurance market.
