DZI presents to its clients an entirely updated corporate website. The website www.dzi.bg has been created after a careful analysis of user behaviour and is in line with all recent trends in the field of web design for both desktop computers, as well as for the mobile version.
Main focus in the new website is the improved navigation and the simplification of product pages for easier surfing within the diverse portfolio of products and services of the oldest insurance company in Bulgaria. Digital instruments have been developed, such as various forms for sending inquiries in case of interest in a specific insurance product.

We have created the new DZI website with the idea to bring together all our insurance offers, in line with consumer trends for quick access to the important information they need at any time and on any device”, stated Kosta Cholakov, Management Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DZI.
The original and stylish design of the new website has been aligned with the corporate identity of KBC Group and aims at awareness of the Group’s brands in Bulgaria both in visual and functional aspects. The same style is shared by the websites of United Bulgarian Bank, UBB Factoring and UBB Insurance Broker, as well as the innovations’ laboratory SurfStudio.
All new websites of the KBC Group companies have been developed by eDesign, one of the most awarded Bulgarian agencies for web design, with more than 15 years of experience in the creation of high quality and recognizable web projects.

The new website is the logical next step of DZI’s strategy, which aims to provide innovative digital solutions to its clients. DZI’s digital services allow each client of the company to pay an installment under a policy, to request an offer for insurance, as well as to file or check a claim online.
In March this year the company started its partnership with the telemedicine platform Healee, providing the option for online check-ups with doctors for the clients of DZI Life Insurance. Also, as of June, the clients of DZI Life Insurance with a group Comprehensive Medical Care insurance can look for the necessary medical specialist and book an appointment fully online in the platform SuperDoc.bg.
