- Receives incoming customer queries24/7 (via telephone calls, e-mail, chat and other communication channels) and provides assistance in case of cards and online banking issues
- Executes requests to block online banking profiles and cards of bank card holders
- Clarifies the issues with clients and assists with regard to solving them
- Provides support to external Points of sales in case of POS issues outside the Bank working hours
- Provides advice to existing clients and prospects on offered products and services
- Participates in sales campaigns, as well as in customer satisfaction surveys
- Works with Contact Center Software, including registration of calls, customer communication history etc.
- Works with other Bank’s systems
*Note: The job obligations are related to working in shifts 24/7
- Secondary specialized education or university degree
- Professional experience as a call center operator and in customer service will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of English - written and spoken
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Sales and advisory skills
- Team player, communicative,able to handle and work under stress
