As from 31.07.2009 the capital of DZI - General Insurance JSC has been increased from BGN 81 000 000 (eighty-one million) to BGN 131 000 000 (one hundred and thirty-one million). The capital increase of BGN 50 000 000 (fifty million) has been fully subscribed by the majority owner. DZI Insurance PLC has increased its share from 99.29% to 99.56%.
